1. TODAY’S SOUP BLACK EYED PEAS & HAM

Black Forest ham, mortadella, celery, onions, carrots and tomatoes are simmered in a fresh chicken stock topped with fresh parsley.

2. LAMB BURGER

Cacioppo Brother’s ground lamb is mixed with herbs, spices, garlic and feta cheese and formed into a patty and grilled then placed on a Macrina Bakery brioche roll with tzatziki, arugula and tomato-kalamata olive relish. Served with a side Greek salad.

3. CHICKEN TAGINE with COUS COUS

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are pan seared and cooked with organic rainbow carrots, onions, garbanzo beans, fire roasted tomatoes, ginger, dried apricots, cinnamon, turmeric and caraway simmered in chicken stock. Served over cous cous and topped with house green harissa yogurt sauce, garnished with slivered, toasted almonds and fresh mint.

4. CARIBBEAN MOJO HALIBUT SALAD

Butter lettuce,romaine and radicchio are tossed with ginger mango dressing with red onion, radish, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and avocado, topped with a fresh halibut filet that has been marinated in  a mojo sauce of citrus, garlic and herbs then pan seared. Topped with house mango-jicama salsa.
