1. TODAY’S SOUP CURRY LENTIL with CHICKEN

Roasted chicken, onions, celery, carrots, red lentils are simmered in a fresh chicken stock with coconut milk and topped with fresh cilantro.

2. MUFFULETTA SANDWICH

Sliced Black Forest ham, sliced salami and sliced mortadella are piled on an Macrina Bakery sandwich roll with garlic oil, provolone cheese and our house made olive relish. Served with a side of black eyed pea salad.

3. PORK VERDE TOSTADAS

Ground pork is simmered with tomatillos, green chilies, garlic, chicken stock and cumin then stacked on fried corn tortillas with our refried beans, shredded cabbage, radishes, house made pickled jalapeños and cotija cheese with sour cream.

4. CARIBBEAN MOJO SWORDFISH SALAD


Butter lettuce, romaine and radicchio are tossed with ginger mango dressing with red onion, radish, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and avocado, topped with a fresh swordfish filet that has been marinated in  a mojo sauce of citrus, garlic and herbs then pan seared. Served with house mango-jicama salsa.
