1. TODAY’S SOUP BEEF BARLEY

Grilled flank steak, celery, onions, carrots, tomatoes and barley are simmered in a beef stock and topped with fresh parsley.

2. GRILLED AHI TUNA SANDWICH

An ahi tuna filet is rubbed with garlic oil and cracked black pepper then grilled and served on grilled Macrina rustic sourdough bread with a watercress tartar sauce, lettuce and our fresh cherry tomato and kalamata olive relish. Served with a side salad tossed in truffle  vinaigrette with sliced cucumber and shaved reggiano cheese.

3. HABENERO STEAK ENCHILADAS

Corn tortillas are layered with grilled flank steak and jack cheese then smothered with Hipolito’s spicy habanero-pineapple sauce and baked in the oven then topped with cilantro sour cream and pico de gallo salsa. Served with a side of drunken black beans.

4. CHICKEN GNOCCHI with BROWN BUTTER SAUCE

Fresh sweet potato gnocchi are tossed with sautéed, organic free range chicken breast, crimini mushrooms, oven roasted brussel sprouts, crushed red chile flake, garlic and sage in a brown butter sauce. Topped with grated parmesan reggiano cheese.
