1. TODAY’S SOUP WHITE BEAN WITH PANCETTA

Pancetta, roasted pork, white beans, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, tomatoes and herbs and spices are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with fresh parsley.

2.SOUTHWEST HALIBUT SANDWICH

A fresh halibut filet is encrusted in seasoned corn meal and pan seared. Served on an oven toasted Macrina roll with our pablano remoulade, lettuce and housemade corn salsa. Accompanied with a side of house jalapeño  potato salad.

3. CHICKEN POT PIE

Oven roasted chicken is simmered with carrots, celery, onions, peas, garlic and herbs in our house made country gravy. Topped with a sage puff pastry crust and baked in the oven. Served with a side salad tossed in our apple-thyme vinaigrette.

4. BACON & FRENCH GOAT CHEESE PASTA

Thick cut smoked bacon is sliced and sautéed with leeks, garlic and fresh rosemary, deglazed in white wine and tossed with crushed tomatoes, French goat cheese and fusilli  pasta, then topped with grated reggiano parmesan and garnished with fried leeks. Served with a side of toasted herb garlic bread.
