1. TODAY’S SOUP CHICKEN NOODLE

Roasted chicken, carrots, celery, onions, peas, green beans and tomatoes are simmered in chicken stock and served over noodles and topped with fresh cilantro.

2. PORK VERDE TOSTADAS

Ground pork is simmered with tomatillos, green chilies, garlic, chicken stock and cumin then stacked on fried corn tortillas with our refried beans, shredded cabbage, radishes, house made pickled jalapeños and cotija cheese with sour cream.

3. MEDITERRANEAN MUSSEL STEW

Large Mediterranean mussels are sautéed with Caccioppo Brother’s hot chorizo sausage, garlic and italian parsley then simmered in a tomato-chardonnay broth and served with grilled sourdough bread

4. STEAK & GUINNESS POT PIE

Grilled flank steak, turnips, parsnips, carrots, potatoes, garlic, onions, and fresh thyme are simmered in a Guinness Stout and beef stock. Topped with a puff pastry crust and baked in the oven. Served with a side salad tossed in balsamic vinaigrette.
