1. TODAY’S SOUP PULLED PORK CHILI

Sautéed onions, garlic, tomatoes, chilies, smoked pulled pork, pinto beans, herbs and spices are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and topped with jack cheese.

2. GRILLED SWORDFISH SANDWICH

A swordfish filet is rubbed with cracked black pepper then grilled and served on grilled Macrina rustic sour bread with rosemary and lemon aioli and our roasted red pepper and herbed onion relish. Served with a side salad tossed with blood orange-serrano dressing.

3. MUFFULETTA CHOPPED SALAD

Romaine lettuce is tossed with house made red wine vinaigrette, Black Forest ham, salami, mortadella, pickled vegetables, roasted red peppers, peppedew peppers, green olives, kalamata olives, capers, provolone and parmesan cheeses and croutons.

4. CHICKEN TAGINE with COUS COUS

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs are pan seared and cooked with organic carrots, onions, garbanzo beans, fire roasted tomatoes, ginger, dried apricots, cinnamon, turmeric and caraway simmered in chicken stock. Served over cous cous and topped with house green harissa yogurt sauce, garnished with slivered, toasted almonds and fresh mint.
