1. TODAY’S SOUP RISOTTO CHICKEN

Roasted chicken, asparagus, serano peppers, onions, herbs and risotto are simmered in a fresh chicken stock and finished with cream, topped with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese.

2. ANDOUILLE GRINDER

Cascioppo Brothers andouille sausage is simmered in kolsch lager then grilled. Served on a toasted Macrina Bakery roll with our remoulade, melted provolone and topped with house made roasted mushroom and castelvetrano olive antipasto. Accompanied with a pickled pepper potato salad.

3. PORK VERDE TOSTADAS

Ground pork is simmered with tomatillos, green chilies, garlic, chicken stock and cumin then stacked on fried corn tortillas with our refried beans, shredded cabbage, radishes, house made pickled jalapeños and cotija cheese with sour cream.

4. THAI NOODLE SALAD with PEANUT PRAWNS

Wild, jumbo prawns are marinated in chilies, lime, herbs and seared then served on a bed of rice noodles tossed with peanut dressing, shredded red cabbage, napa cabbage, red pepper, radish, bean sprouts, carrots and green onions topped with cilantro, peanuts and a lime wedge. Gluten Free
